针对煤层气排采参数实时探测的需求,设计了一套煤层气排采参数实时探测系统,该系统由井下探头和上位机软件两部分组成,可实现井筒环空流速、压力及温度的实时采集.文中对传感器、电路及软件编程进行了详细的设计,并在加工完成后利用实验井进行了验证,结果显示探测系统测量压力、流量及温度的量程分别为0~10 MPa,0~5.8 m/s及-55~125℃,所对应的测量误差分别为0.5%,3%及0.5℃.论文的研究内容可同步采集井下的多个两相流相关参数,以便进行多参数的融合分析,从而为排采工艺的制定提供必要的数据支撑.
Development of real-time monitoring system forcoalbed methane exploitation parameters
In order to meet the demand of real-time monitoring of coalbed methane exploitation pa-rameters,a real-time monitoring system for coalbed methane exploitation parameters was designed.The system consists of downhole probe and software,which can realize real-time acquisition of velocity,pressure and temperature of wellbore annulus.The sensors,circuits and software programming are de-signed in detail in this paper.After the design and processing,the experimental well was used for experi-mental verification.The results show that the measuring ranges of pressure,flow rate and temperature are 0~10 MPa,0~5.8 m/s and-55~125℃respectively,and the corresponding measurement errors are 0.5%,3%and 0.5℃respectively.The research of this paper can synchronously collect multiple two-phase flow-related parameters underground,in order to conduct a combined analysis of multiple parame-ters and provide necessary data support for the formulation of exploitation technology.
