目的:对莲龙胶囊的质量标准进行研究,为莲龙胶囊的开发奠定基础.方法:用TLC法对制剂中半枝莲、红花龙胆、白芷进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对野黄芩苷含量进行定量测定.结果:薄层色谱法可鉴别出半枝莲、红花龙胆、白芷,且斑点清晰,分离度好,无阴性干扰;野黄芩苷进样量在0.1295μg～0.5180μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为101.14％,RSD值为1.10％.结论:所建立的TLC和HPLC方法专属性强、准确度高、重复性好,可用于莲龙胶囊的质量控制.
A Study on the Quality Standard for Lianlong Capsules
Objective: To study the quality standard and lay the foundation for the development of Lianlong capsules.Methods: Sophorae Scutellariae Barbatae Herba, Herba Gentianae Rhodanthae, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix were identified by TLC, and the content of scutellarin in Sophorae Scutellariae Barbatae Herba was determined by HPLC.Results:TLC can identify Sophorae Scutellariae Barbatae Herba, Herba Gentianae Rhodanthae, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix.Scutellarin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.1295 ～0.5180μ g.The average recovery was 101.14％ (n =6), and RSD was 1.10％.Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Lianlong pills.
