养心开郁片抗疲劳抗炎作用研究

目的:观察养心开郁片抗疲劳、抗炎作用.方法:采用小鼠负重游泳时间测定方法,研究养心开郁片的抗疲劳作用;采用慢性应激抑郁模型(CUS)大鼠血清IL-6、TNF-a含量测定方法,研究养心开郁片的抗炎作用.结果:养心开郁片大剂量组较空白对照组小鼠游泳时间延长(P＜0.05);较模型对照组大鼠血清IL-6、TNF-a含量降低(P＜0.05);与路优泰对照组作用相当.结论:养心开郁片具有明显抗疲劳、抗炎作用.
Investigation on the Anti-fatigue and Anti-inflammation Effects of Yangxinkaiyu Tablets
Objective: To observe the anti-fatigue and anti-inflammation effects of Yangxinkaiyu tablets.Methods: The loaded swimming time of mice is determined to research the anti-fatigue effect of Yangxinkaiyu tablets;determination of IL-6 and TNF-α in serum through the depression rat model of chronic stress (CUS) is used to study the anti-inflammation effect of Yangxinkaiyu tablets.Results: Compared with the blank control group, the large dosage Yangxinkaiyu tablets group prolonged the swimming time of mice (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the model control group, the levels of IL-6 、TNF-α in serum was lower (P ＜ 0.05), having the similar functions with neurostan control group.Conclusion: Yangxinkaiyu tablets have obvious anti-fatigue and antiinflammation effects.
