Application Value of Fenggao in the Use of Three-negative Breast Cancer after Operation
Objective: To investigate the application value of Fenggao in the use of three-negative breast cancer after operation.Methods: 80 patients with three-negative breast cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.All the patients received regular surgical treatment and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.After three months' treatment, the recurrence and metastasis of the two groups were observed and compared.Results: In the observation group, 18 cases had recurrence and metastasis, while 31 cases had recurrence and metastasis in the control group.The time of recurrence and metastasis was divided into less than 24 months, more than 25 months, less than 35 months, and more than 36 months.In the observation group, there were 5 cases with local recurrence, 10 cases with pulmonary metastasis, 1 case of bone metastasis, and 2 cases with liver metastasis, while in the control group, 9 cases with local recurrence, 15 cases with pulmonary metastasis, 3 cases with bone metastasis, and 4 cases with liver metastasis.The time of disease recurrence and metastasis in the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group.Locations of disease recurrence and metastasis of the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group.Conclusion:Fenggao in the use of three-negative breast cancer after operation can effectively reduce the time of recurrence and metastasis and improve the clinical application value.It is worth being used and popularized.
