目的:探讨320排动态容积计算机断层扫描血管成像(320CTA)诊断颅内动脉瘤的临床价值.方法:回顾分析51例颅内动脉瘤患者的头颈部320CTA检查的诊断,与数字减影血管造影诊断及栓塞治疗结果对比;了解320CTA诊断颅内动脉瘤的准确性.结果:320CTA能清晰显示动脉瘤的瘤体大小、瘤颈、瘤项、指向、载瘤动脉、出血情况,动脉瘤与邻近血管和骨性组织间的解剖关系.以数字减影血管造影为诊断标准,320CTA检测颅内动脉瘤的敏感性为98.4% (62/63),准确性为95.2% (60/63).结论:320CTA对颅内动脉瘤是一种快速、无创、准确的检查手段,可作为颅内动脉瘤常规检查及复查方法的首选,能够提供足够的信息指导动脉瘤的治疗.
Clinical Value of 320 Dynamic State Volume Computed Tomography Angiography in the Diagnosis of Intracranial Aneurysm
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of 320 dynamic state volume computed tomography angiography(320CTA) in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.Methods: Retrospective analysis has been carried out for the head and neck 320 CTA imaging diagnosis of 51 cases of intracranial aneurysm patients which had been compared with the digital subtraction angiography, and studied the accuracy of intracranial aneurysm diagnosed by 320 CTA.Results: 320CTA can clearly show the tumor size, aneurysmal neck, aneurysmal top, direction, parent artery, hemorrhage, anatomical relationship between aneurysm and the adjacent artery and bone structure.With Digital Subtraction Angiography as the diagnosis criteria, the sensibility for intracranial aneurysm detected by 320CTA was 98.4% (62/63) and the accuracy was 95.2% (60/63).Conclusion:320CTA is a quick, noninvasive, accurate examination method for intracranial aneurysm, which can be a first choice for intracranial aneurysm routine examination and reexamination, providing sufficient information to direct aneurysm therapy.
