Clinical Value of 320 Dynamic State Volume Computed Tomography Angiography in the Diagnosis of Intracranial Aneurysm
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of 320 dynamic state volume computed tomography angiography(320CTA) in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm. Methods: Retrospective analysis has been carried out for the head and neck 320 CTA imaging diagnosis of 51 cases of intracranial aneurysm patients which had been compared with the digital subtraction angiography, and studied the accuracy of intracranial aneurysm diagnosed by 320 CTA.Results: 320CTA can clearly show the tumor size, aneurysmal neck, aneurysmal top, direction, parent artery, hemorrhage, anatomical relationship between aneurysm and the adjacent artery and bone structure. With Digital Subtraction Angiography as the diagnosis criteria, the sensibility for intracranial aneurysm detected by 320CTA was 98.4% (62/63) and the accuracy was 95.2% (60/63).Conclusion:320CTA is a quick, noninvasive, accurate examination method for intracranial aneurysm, which can be a first choice for intracranial aneurysm routine examination and reexamination, providing sufficient information to direct aneurysm therapy.
