中医护理课程群的教学模式构建与实践

目的:在新的教育背景下,探讨科学地开展与设置中医护理相关课程,构建以中医护理为特色,培养中西医护理人才为核心的中医护理课程群教学模式.方法:确定"一个定位、三大基本措施、五方同步推进"的实施方案,通过"以专业发展定位"为中医护理课程群的建设目标,以"教师队伍建设、教学体系建立、教研氛围创建"为三大基本措施,"成立管理小组、制订教学计划、形成知识模块、丰富教学资源、创新教学方法"五方面同步推进.结果:精选中医护理课程,实现课程群建设的创新,构建合理教学体系;注重中医护理与现代护理结合、比较,优势互补;建立教研互长、以研促教的教学模式.结论:通过中医护理课程群的教学改革,促进师生共同发展,教学内容产生广泛深远的影响,形成广泛的辐射作用.
Teaching Model Construction and Practice of Course Groups for Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing
To build the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing courses model for culturing Chinese and Western medicine nursing talents.The plan of "embodiment of one location, three basic measures, five synchronous progress" was set up and put into practice to realize the innovation of curriculum construction, to build a reasonable teaching system, to pay attention to complementation of Chinese and Western medicine nursing and to set up a research assisted teaching model.The teaching reformation of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing courses can promote the common development of teachers and students, while its teaching content can produce a wide influence.
