共聚焦显微技术是一种高分辨率、非接触式扫描光学显微技术,具有三维空间成像特性.三维点扩散函数和光学传递函数等成像理论的不断深入,促进了共聚焦显微成像技术迅速发展.激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(Confocal laser scanning microscopy,CLSM)是利用激光扫描、计算机自动化分析与共聚焦显微镜相结合的生物学图像分析技术,近年来在药学研究中的应用越来越广泛.本文就激光共聚焦扫描显微镜的基本原理,以及它在中药靶向制剂研究中的应用进展进行了综述.
Review of Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope Application in the Targeting Preparations of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Confocal microscopy is a high resolution, non-contact scanning optical microscopy technology,which has three-dimensional imaging characteristics.The rapid development of 3D point-spread-function and the optical transfer function of imaging theories has promoted the development of confocal microscopic imaging technology.Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope is an image analysis instrument which combines laser scanning and computer automatic analysis with biological microscope technology, it has been used more and more widely in pharmaceutical research.The basic principles of the laser scanning confocal microscopy and its application of research progress in the traditional Chinese medicine targeting preparation are reviewed in this article.
