基于UPLC-MS/MS白芍指纹图谱研究

目的:建立白芍UPLC-MS/MS指纹图谱分析方法,为其质量控制、研究开发和应用提供科学依据.方法:采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(1.7 μm,100 mm×2.1 mm),以水(A,合0.05%甲酸)—乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;柱温:40℃,流速:0.4 mL· min-1,进样量2μL.结果:建立了白芍UPLC-MS/MS指纹图谱的共有模式,确定了7个共有峰,并根据对照品和参考文献指认了4个峰,对11批不同产地白芍药材相似度进行了考察,其相似度在0.90以上.结论:白芍药材UPLC-MS/MS指纹图谱分析方法快速、灵敏、简便,为白芍各品种的质量控制提供实验依据.
Studies on UPLC-MS Fingerprint of Paeonia lactiflora Pall
Objective:To study the UPLC-MS/MS fingerprint of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.,and supply scientific basis for the quality evaluation,research,development and application of the herb.Methods:Took an ACQUITY UPLCBEH C18 as column (100mm × 2.lmm,1.7μm),of acetonitrile-0.05% formic acid water with gradient elution as the mobile phase.The column temperature was 40℃,and the flow rate was 0.4 mL.min-1.The sample size was 2 μL.Results:the common pattern of the UPLC-MS/MS fingerprint of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.was established,among which 7 common peaks were confirmed,and 4 peaks were identified based on the reference substance and reference documentation.The similarity of 11 samples of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.were investigated,and their similarity was above 0.90.Conclusion:The UPLC-MS fingerprint of Paeonia lactiflora Pall is simple,rapid and feasible.It can provide the scientific quality assessment to all kinds of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.
