萸藿胶囊质量标准研究

目的:建立萸藿胶囊的定性、定量检测方法.方法:采用薄层色谱法对萸藿胶囊中山茱萸、淫羊藿、女贞子、桑椹进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定萸藿胶囊中马钱苷的含量.结果:山茱萸、淫羊藿、女贞子、桑椹的薄层色谱斑点清晰、分离效果较好、且无阴性干扰.马钱苷的质量浓度在5.16～41.24μg/mL范围内与其峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均≤2.0％;平均加样回收率为98.89％,RSD =3.08％ (n =6).结论:该方法简便可行、专属性强、重复性好,可用于萸藿胶囊的质量控制.
A Study on the Quality Standard of Yuhuo Capsules
Objective:To establish qualitative and quantitative detection methods of Yuhuo Capsules.Methods:TLC was used to identify Fructus corni,Herba epimedii,Fructus ligustri lucidi,Fructus mori in Yuhuo capsules.The content of Loganin was determined by HPLC.Results:The TLC spots of Fructus corni,Herba epimedii,Fructus ligustri lucidi,Fructus mori were clear and well-separated without interference from negative control.The linear range of Loganin was 5.16 ～41.24 μg/mL(r =0.999 9).RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2.0％.The average recovery was 98.89％,RSD =3.08％ (n =6)Conclusion:The method was simple,accurate,specific and reproducible,which can be used for quality control of Yuhuo capsules.
