Study on Yuebi Decoction Plus Pinellia IL-4 Allergic Asthma Mice Serum IgE and Lung Tissue in Effect
Objective:This experiment aimed at proving the effect of Yuebi Decoction plus Pinellia on serum IgE and IL-4 in the lung tissues of mice with allergic asthma,and discuss its mechanism of regulating pathology and immune dysfunction of allergic asthmatic lung tissue.Methods:Healthy Kunming mice were divided into normal control group,asthma model group,western medicine group,Traditional Chinese medicine group,among which three groups were randomly selected to be established as a mouse model with asthma by giving peritoneal injection of ovalbumin (OVA),aluminium hydroxide suspension sensitive and atomization excitation respectively,and then intervened with saline,dexamethasone,and Yuebi Decoction plus Pinellia to the mouse model with asthma.Killed the mice after intervention,and stained the lung tissue with the method of HE staining.Detected the level of IL-4 in serum IgE and pulmonary tissue homogenate by ELISA,and observed its pathological changes.Results:Compared the mice in the traditional Chinese medicine group with those in the asthma model group,the content of IgE in serum of the former group decreased (P < 0.05);and the lung tissue homogenate of IL-4 was significandy lower in the former group than that in the latter (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Reducing the content of IgE in serum and the concentration of IL-4 in the lung homogenate of the mice with allergic asthma is one of the mechanisms of Yuebi Decoction plus Pinelliae in treating allergic asthma.
