The Application of Houpo Exhaust Medicament on Abdominal Distention of Patients with Noninvasive Ventilation
Objective:To study the effect of Houpo exhaust medicament on abdominal distention of patients with noninvasive ventilation.Methods:40 patients of abdominal distention with noninvasive ventilation were divided randomly into observation group (20 eases)and control group (20 cases).The observation group was given Houpo exhaust medicament while the control group received Mosapride citrate tablets.Both of the groups got the conventional nursing on abdominal distention.The curative effect was observed after 72hours.And abdominal circumference,borborygrnus in two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results:The curative effect in the observation group were better than in the control group.And the difference was statistically significant (p ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Houpo exhaust medicament can relieve abdominal distention of patients with noninvasive ventilation,which can be widely used in clinic.
