目的:研究玄参科穗花属植物勒马回[Pseudolysimachion linariifoliurn subsp.dilatatum(Nakai & Kitagawa)D.Y.Hong]的化学成分.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离、纯化,通过各种波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定.结果:分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为3,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid(1)、4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid(2)、3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid (3)、4-hydroxyphenethyl tetradecanoate(4).结论:所有化合物均为首次在该植物中分离得到.
A Study on Chemical Constituents of Pseudolysimachion linariifolium subsp.Dilatatum
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Pseudolysimachion linariifolium subsp.Dilatatumn(Nakai & Kitagawa)D.Y.Hong.Methods:The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,preparative TLC as well as recrystallization.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.Results:Four compounds were obtained and identified as 3,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid (1),4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid(2),3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid (3),4-hydroxyphenethyl tetradecanoate (4).Conclusions:All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
