响应面法优化微波协助提取光慈姑多糖的工艺研究

目的:研究微波协助提取光慈姑多糖的最佳提取条件.方法:通过响应面试验设计,得到微波提取光慈姑多糖的数学回归方程;对影响光慈姑多糖提取率的关键因素及相互作用进行探讨,并得到最佳提取工艺条件.结果:最佳提取工艺条件:微波功率660 W,液料比8.7∶1,处理时间13.1min,光慈姑多糖提取率理论最大值可为10.34%.结论:响应面法较好的拟合了微波协助提取光慈姑多糖工艺过程.
A Study on the Techniques of Extracting Polysaccharides from Tulipa edulis with Optimization of Microwave by Response Surface Method
Objective:To study the optimized conditions of extracting polysaccharides from Tulipa edulis with microwave technology.Methods:By means of designing response surface method,regression quotation was obtained.The key factors and interreaction influenced extracting polysaccharides from Tulipa edulis were discussed and the optimized extracting technique conditions were obtained.Results:The optimum extractive conditions for polysaccharides were microwave power 660W,with ratio of solid to liquid 8.7 ∶ 1 and extraction time of 13.1 minutes.Under these conditions,the extraction rate could reach up to 10.34%.Conclusion:The technique of extracting polysaccharides from Tulipa edulis with microwave was fitted by response surface method.
