Determination the Puerarin in Gegenqinlian Tablets by HPLC
Objective:To establish method for determining Puerarin in Gegenqinlian tablets by for determining high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:Used Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 × 250mm,5 μm) column;mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.015 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate;detection wavelength:270nm;flow rate:1mL · min-1;Column:30 ℃.Results:Within the range of 0.02040 ~0.1226 mg · mL-1,the concentrations of Puerarin and its peak area was linear,with linear equation Y =23952860.5024X,R =0.9999.The average recovery rate was 101.16%,RSD 1.65%.Conclusion:The method discussed in this article is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used to control the quality of Gegenqinlian tablet.
