高效液相色谱法测定葛根芩连结肠定位片中葛根素的含量

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定葛根芩连结肠定位片中葛根素含量的方法.方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.015mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液;检测波长:270nm;流速:1mL·main-1;柱温:30℃.结果:葛根素在0.02040～0.1226mg·mL-1范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好线性,线性方程为Y=23952860.5024X,R=0.9999,平均加样回收率为101.2％,RSD为1.7％.结论:本实验建立的含量测定方法简便快捷,结果准确,可用于葛根芩连结肠定位片质量控制.
Determination the Puerarin in Gegenqinlian Tablets by HPLC
Objective:To establish method for determining Puerarin in Gegenqinlian tablets by for determining high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:Used Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 × 250mm,5 μm) column;mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.015 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate;detection wavelength:270nm;flow rate:1mL · min-1;Column:30 ℃.Results:Within the range of 0.02040 ～0.1226 mg · mL-1,the concentrations of Puerarin and its peak area was linear,with linear equation Y =23952860.5024X,R =0.9999.The average recovery rate was 101.16％,RSD 1.65％.Conclusion:The method discussed in this article is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used to control the quality of Gegenqinlian tablet.
