A Research on Effects of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Decoction on aPoPtosis-related Factors in the cardiac Remodeling of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective:To study effects of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue decoction on aPoPtosis-related factors in the cardiac remodeling of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:122 Patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.Both of the two group were given conventional treatment,while the treatment group received Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue decoction as well at the same time.Then LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF were measured by using ultrasonic cradiography,while Plasma levels of Fas,FasL,Bax,Bcl-2,casPase-3 and casPase-9 were measured by ELISA before and after the treatment.Results:(1) After three months' treat,compared with those before therapy,LVEDD,LVESD,levels of Fas,FasL,Bax,caspase-3 and caspase-9 decreased,while LVEF and levels of Bcl-2 increased greatly in treatment group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions:Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue decoction can inhibit the myocardial remodeling through regulating levels of Fas,FasL,Bax,Bcl-2,caspase-3 and caspase-9.
