微化中药渗透疗法辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的护理

选取符合条件的120例早期糖尿病肾病患者,在中西医结合治疗的基础上予微化中药渗透疗法,同时加强饮食护理、病情观察、情志护理和健康教育等.治疗2个疗程,治疗前后观察患者s1CAM-1、CRP、P-选择素、BUN、Scr、GFR、FPG、mA1b、HbA1C等指标变以及肾功能变化.探讨微化中药渗透疗法辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的治疗护理经验.
Nursing on Patients with Early Diabetic Nephropathy with Micro-Penetration of Herbal Medicine for Adjuvant Treatment
120 eligible patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected and given micro-penetration of herbal medicine treatment on the basis of the integrative medicine,while strengthening their dietary guidance,condition observation,emotional care and health education.After 2 courses of treatment,observed the changes of patients' clinical indicators of sICAM-1,CRP,P-selectin,BUN,Scr,GFR,blood glucose,urinary microprotein,HbA1 C,and the changes in renal function before and after treatment.Investigated the nursing experience for patients with early diabetic nephropathy with micro-penetration of herbal medicine adjuvant treatment efficacy.
