The Research on Compound Salvia Tablets with Different Extraction Technologies in Rats wtih Acute Myocardial Ischemia
Objective:To research the effect of compound salvia tablets with different extraction technologies in the rats with acute myocardial ischemia.Methods:Extracted salvia by the optimization method of the orthogonal experiment.To establish myocardial ischemia model of rats by intraperitoneal injecting Iso.Modeled electrocardiogram before and after the observation of physiological indicators of CK serum by radioimmunoassay,and determined the Serum contents of CK,LDH,SOD,MDA by radioimmunoassay.Rat myocardial section for HE dye and Myocardium Pathology Change was observed under an optical microscope.Systematic Evaluation of the impact of Microwave-assisted extraction technology and traditional extraction technique on the efficacy of compound salvia tablets.Results:Positive group,microwave technology group,and traditional crafts group had significant reduction in serum CK,LDH levels.The microwave technology group and traditional crafts group,with no significant difference,can reduce myocardial damage and reduce the degree of chemia.Conclusion:Both processes under Compound Salvia Tablets on acute myocardial ischemia has a good therapeutic effect,there is no difference in pharmacodynamics.
