Value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography in diagnosis of subclavian steal syndrome
Purpose:To study the value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography in diagnosis of subclavian steal syndrome. Methods:The group of twelve subclavian steal syndrome patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT angiography.Maximun intensity projection, curved plane and volume rendering were reconstmcted for subclavian and innominate artery by CTA.Results:In this group,12 patients were underwent 64-slice spiral CT angiography, and all cases underwent digital subtraction angiography.6 cases underwent color Doppler ultrasonography. The results were consistent with the results of digital subtraction angiography, and the sensitivity of the diagnosis of the syndrome was 100%,Specificity of 100%.Conclusion:64-slice spiral CTA is an effective method for the assessment of subclavian steal syndrome, especially for judges plaque.
