抑郁症是一种严重的精神疾患,HPA轴功能亢进,促进糖皮质激素含量升高是抑郁症最明显的神经内分泌改变,是导致抑郁症发生的基本病理.海马中GR和MR的平衡对HPA轴的负反馈调节具有重要作用,GR的下调和MR的上调很可能在抑郁症的发病过程中产生变化;而在性别差异中,女性GR下调的程度相比男性要显著,MR在女性中的作用更优于男性,能提高女性乐观态度,减少绝望感和抑郁症的发病率;国内研究发现这两个受体很可能是抑郁症新的作用靶点.
The Relationship Between the Gender Differences in Incidence of Depression and GR and MR Content Changes
Depression is a serious mental disease.HPA axis hyperactivity promoting the glucocorticoid content of neuroendocrine changes of depression is the most obvious cause of depression.GR and MR's balance in the hippocampus plays an important role in negative feedback regulation of the HPA axis,GR decreases and MR increases are likely to change in the pathogenesis of depression.With gender differences,the GR downward phase of women is significantly more than men,MR role in women is more than in men,and Women can improve optimism and reduce the incidence of despair and depression.National study finds depression both receptors are likely to be new targets.
