The Clinical Curative Effect of Shenkang Injection Combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil on Refractory Nephrotic Syndrom
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenkang Injection combined with Mycophenolate mofetil on Refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods:according to the randomized and controlled principles,72 patients with RNS were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group had 36 patients treated with basic therapy,Shenkang Injection and MMF,while the control one had 36 patients treated with basic therapy and MMF.Twenty-four hour urinary protein quantitate,renal function,serum albumin,blood fat,hepatic function,blood routine were detected respectively and compared before and after the treatment,then the adverse reaction and side effect of the two groups were observed.Methods:Urine protein was obviously decreased,plasma albumin was gradually increased,and blood fat was gradually lowered in the treatment group after treatment.There were significant differences respectively (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the treatment group,urine protein,plasma albumin and blood fat in the control group had significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).In the treatment group,22 cases had excellent effect,10 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective;In the control group,8 cases had excellent effect,13 cases were effective,and 15 cases were ineffective.To compare the effects between the two groups,they had significant differences (Z =-2.6355,P =0.026).Conclusion:It has a better effect when Shenkang Injection is used with MMF on RNS,and it can reduce side effects.Refractory nephrotic syndrome
