Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure with Zhenwu Decoction added Shengmai San
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating chronic congestive heart failure with Zhenwu Decoction added Shengmai San.Methods:56 patients with diagnosed chronic congestive heart failure were randomly and evenly divided into a treatment group and a control group after informed consent.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was given Zhenwu Decoction added Shengmai San for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of clinical symptoms was 82.14％ in the treatment group,and 64.29％ in the control group.The effective rate of heart failure score was 85.71％ in the treatment group,and 67.85％ in the control group.Conclusion:Zhenwu Decoction added Shengmai San can rapidly relieve clinical symptoms of chronic congestive heart failure and improve heart functions.
