Clinical Observation on Treating 60 Cases with Coronary Artery Spasm Angina by Using Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction Combined with Western Medicine
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating coronary artery spasm angina with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction to add and subtract in combination with the western medicine.Methods:60 patients with angina pectoris induced by coronary artery spasm were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment with western medicine for relieving spasm,antiplateletion,anticoagulation,vasodilatation,lowering blood-fat and controlling heart rate,and etc.While the patients in the treatment group received the same treatment as well as Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction to add and subtract once a day.Clinical effect,ECG effect and improvement of TCM symptoms of the two groups were compared after four weeks treatment.Results:For treating angina pectoris,the total curative rate of the treatment group was 86％,which was higher than that of the control group,which was 53％.There were significant differences between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05) . ECG effective rate was 66％ in treatment group and 33％ in the control group,with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The rate of clinical curative effect of TCM symptoms was 93％ in the treatment group,and 36％ in the control group with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Combined with western medicine,Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction to add and subtract can effectively alleviate coronary spasm and improve clinical symptoms.
