Effect of Different Body Positions on the Postoperative Bleeding of Internal Carotid Canal in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis
Objective:To investigate the effect of different body positions on postoperative bleeding of internal carotid canal in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:60 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into two groups:group A and group B,with 30 cases in each.Patients in each group took different body positions:Group A took semi reclining position, while Group B took free and comfortable lying position.Compared the patients in these two groups with their postoperative bleeding. Results:Bleeding in patients with semi reclining position was significantly less than that of patients with free and comfortable lying position. The comparison of the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative bleeding of internal carotid canal in patients with maintenance hemodialysis can be reduced by taking semi reclining position in six hours after operation.
