Research on Distributed Intelligent Protection and Control Technology of Distribution Network Based on 4G Communication
In order to solve the problems such as the failure of traditional one-way protection when distributed power supply is connected on a large scale,and the difficulty of coordination between stages caused by the multi-branch and multi-level connection structure of the distribution network,an automatic end-to-end communication architecture of the distribution network feeder line has been proposed based on 4G communication.The computing node is sunk to each terminal,and its protection action is fast and independent of the main station.The protection start criterion of terminal local calculation and the action criterion based on communication are proposed,and the distributed intelligent protection scheme of distribution network based on 4G communication is constructed by cooperating with the level difference of substation outlet switch,and verified on RTDS semi-physical simulation platform.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can quickly remove various faults such as interphase short circuit and single-phase grounding,accurately locate and isolate faults,and reliably restore normal power supply in non-fault areas.The scheme has been demonstrated and applied in a certain area of Shenyang,Liaoning Province,and has achieved good results,which can significantly reduce the scope and time of power outage,and improve the efficiency of power grid fault elimination.
