基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的车-桩-网-源运行能力评价研究

电动汽车(electric vehicle,EV)智能化与网联化趋势推动着以车-网互动为核心的多方交互不断融合,给电网的安全运行带来巨大压力.针对多方互动下的车-桩-网-源一体化运行能力评价,本文从六个方面分析了运行能力影响因素,并基于此构建了运行评价模型.通过层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)对问卷调查数据进行分析,再利用模糊综合评价法进行评价,并找出车-桩-网-源一体化运行所存在的问题.研究结果表明,当前车-桩-网-源一体化运行能力属于一般水平,技术创新能力、基础设施建设能力较为欠缺,需重点关注并加以改善;运营能力也具有较大改进空间.最后,根据研究结果,提出在智慧城市建设中车-桩-网-源一体化运行能力的提升策略.
Research on the Evaluation of EV-Pile-Network-Source Operation Capability Based on AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method
The trend of intelligent and networked electric vehicles is driving the continuous integration of multi-party interaction centered on vehicle network interaction,which brings enormous pressure to the safe operation of the existing power grid.This article analyzes the influencing factors of the integrated operation capability of EV-pile-network-source under multi-party interaction from six aspects,and constructs an operation evaluation model based on this.Analyze the questionnaire survey data using Analytic Hierarchy Process,evaluate it using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,and identify the problems in the integrated operation of EV-pile-network-source.The research results indicate that the current integrated operation capability of EV-pile-network-source is at a general level,and the technological and innovative capabilities,as well as infrastructure construction capabilities,are relatively lacking,which needs to be focused on and improved;There is also significant room for improvement in operational capabilities.Finally,based on the research results,strategies are proposed to enhance the integrated operation capability of EV-pile-network-source in the construction of smart cities.
