Study on Operation Management of High Voltage Cable Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method
To scientifically and effectively assess the operational management of high-voltage cables, this paper identifies key links in the management through investigation, demonstration, and analysis.Based on these findings,a three-tier evaluation system suitable for high-voltage cable operation management is established.Grounded in fuzzy set theory, the study employs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, incorporating expert opinions to conduct a multidimensional fuzzy comprehensive assessment of various factors in the management of high-voltage cable operations.Additionally, the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is utilized to introduce quantitative calculations, enhancing the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation results. To verify the practical applicability of the proposed evaluation method, the Xihongqiao Demonstration Area was selected as a case study for practical examination.Through detailed analysis and assessment of the operational status of high-voltage cables in this area, potential safety hazards were identified.Corresponding risk control measures were implemented for the main issues discovered. These measures effectively improved the operational environment of high-voltage cables in the Xihongqiao Demonstration Area, promoting a leaner and more standardized direction in management.
