Application of Beidou Navigation Satellite Earth Collaboration in Power Emergency Repair Work
To address the needs for rapid positioning, communication assurance, and data transmission in complex environments during emergency power repairs, this paper systematically investigates the application of the BeiDou Navigation System in power repair operations, with a particular focus on core technologies and improvement strategies such as high-precision positioning, short message communication,self-organizing network technology,multi-system integration, and image compression.A stepwise ambiguity resolution PPP-AR method based on the third generation BeiDou system is proposed, and an efficient emergency communication framework is constructed by combining distributed self-organizing network technology.Additionally,an innovative narrowband error-resistant image compression algorithm is designed to tackle the bandwidth and error rate issues in BeiDou short message communication.Experiments show that the PPP-AR technology, when integrated with multi-system,significantly reduces the convergence time for centimeter-level positioning, while the self-organizing network architecture markedly enhances communication coverage and reliability in harsh environments. This study provides technical support for accelerating the response speed of power repair operations, improving repair efficiency, and enhancing job safety.
