电力互感器误差测试中的常见故障分析及排查方法探讨

电力互感器误差测试是确保准确性的重要手段.在现场进行误差测试时,不仅面临着周围运行设备带来的影响,还需要完成复杂的测试接线,同时可能受到非测试回路的干扰,因此当测试结果出现异常时,排查问题将十分困难.针对这一难题,本文结合实际现场案例,讨论了六种典型的电力互感器角比差现场测试故障,从故障特征、故障原因、发生部位等多个维度进行分析,通过对典型故障的特征提炼,结合校验仪给出的检测信息,总结出故障排查的思路及建议;同时,对测试过程中的突出安全风险点进行了分析,并提出作业风险排查建议,有效降低了作业风险,保障人身和设备安全.
Analysis on Common Fault and Troubleshooting Methods in Error Test of Power Transformer
Error test is an important means to ensure accuracy of power transformer.When the error test is carried out at the equipment operation site,it is not only faced with the impact of the surrounding equipment,but also needs to complete the complex test wiring and eliminate the interference of the non-test loop,so when the test results are abnormal,it will be very difficult to troubleshoot the problem.In view of this problem,this paper discusses six typical field test faults of power transformer error test combined with actual field cases,analyzes the fault characteristics,fault causes,occurrence locations and other dimensions,and summarizes the ideas and suggestions for troubleshooting by extracting the characteristics of typical faults and combining the detection information given by the calibrator.At the same time,the prominent safety risk points in the test process are analyzed,and the operation risk investigation suggestions are put forward,which effectively reduces the operation risk and ensures the safety of personnel and equipment.
