摘要

国际中文教育的本质是为世界各国搭建起通往中国,促进文化传播交流互鉴的"中文"桥梁.为确保国际中文教育稳步、健康、高效、优质地发展,需要从多方面去努力,但应该先抓好五个"必须":必须明晰国际中文教育的职责与使命,必须重视国际中文教育汉语书面语教学,必须推动本土中文教师承担境外国际中文教育的主要教学任务,必须实施国际中文教育"数字化"转型,必须逐步发展国际中文教育"中文+职业"教学模式.这五大"必须"背后,隐含着一个基本精神:国际中文教育必须以学术研究为引领,研究先行,同时要有国际意识、世界眼光和服务意识.

Abstract

The essence of international Chinese education is to build a"Chinese language"bridge to China for all countries in the world,promoting cultural communication,exchange and mutual learning.To ensure its steady,healthy,efficient and high-quality development,efforts must be made on many aspects,but priority should be given to five key"musts":clarifying the responsibilities and mission of in-ternational Chinese language education;placing a high priority on the teaching of written Chinese;en-trusting local Chinese teachers with the primary teaching tasks in overseas international Chinese language education;implementing a"digital"transformation in international Chinese language education;and grad-ually developing the"Chinese+X"teaching model.These five"musts"underscore a fundamental princi-ple:international Chinese language education should be academically driven,with research at the fore-front,and should embody international consciousness,a global outlook,and a service-oriented mind-set.
