纳米木质素磺酸钠的制备及其对Zn2+吸附性能研究

文章通过木质素磺酸钠纳米制剂的制备和表征,初步研究纳米木质素磺酸钠对重金属锌离子在不同条件下的吸附性能。结果表明:吸附量随吸附时间、pH值、温度的增加在初始阶段均快速增长,在5 h时吸附率达到99.2%,之后趋于稳定;在pH=6时溶解度增加趋于平缓;在温度达到50℃时,吸附剂有最大吸附活性,随后温度升高,吸附量逐渐下降;在吸附剂投入量为30 mL时,对Zn2+的单位吸附量为116.32 mg/g,去除率为97.2%,吸附效果最好,并且相同条件下,纳米制剂的吸附性均比非纳米原剂要高。
Preparation of nanometer sodium lignosulphonate and study on its adsorption of Zn2+
Through preparation and characterization of nanometer sodium lignosulphonate,the essay made a preliminarily study on the adsorption properties of nano sodium lignin sulfonate on heavy met-al Zn2+ in different conditions. The results indicated that at the early stage,with the longer adsorp-tion time,higher pH value and temperature,Zn2+ adsorption amount increased quickly,the adsorp-tion rate reached 99. 2% at the 5th hour,then came to a stable level;when pH was set at 6,solubil-ity increased gently;and temperature was controlled at 50 cent degree,the adsorbent reached its maximum adsorption activity,but the adsorption activity would decrease with further temperature ris-ing. When 30ml adsorbent was used,the unit adsorption capacity of Zn2+ was 116. 32mg/g,the Zn2+ removal rate was 97. 2%,the highest adsorption capacity. Under the same condition,the ad-sorption capacities of nano agents were all higher than that of non nano agent.
