基于PSR模型分析襄阳市空气质量变化对社会经济发展的响应

2021 年12 月30 日,襄阳市政府为应对生态环境与社会经济发展的突出矛盾,正式贯彻实施《襄阳市生态环境保护"十四五"规划》,其中明确提出加快生态文明建设,率先实现绿色高速发展.近些年,襄阳市经济发展走在省域前列,但是年际大气质量均位于湖北各市区末位.此研究立足于PSR模型,通过影响指标对大气环境质量与社会经济发展指标之间的相关性进行分析,构建"大小双循环"生态环境治理体系,致力于改善生态环境,打赢蓝天保卫战,助力襄阳乃至中部地区实现"绿色崛起".
The response of air quality change to social and economic development in Xiangyang City based on PSR model
On December 30,2021,in order to deal with the outstanding contradiction between eco-logical environment and social and economic development,the Xiangyang Municipal government offi-cially implemented the"14th Five-Year Plan for Ecological Environment Protection of Xiangyang City",which clearly proposed to accelerate the construction of ecological civilization and take the lead in realizing high-speed green development.In recent years,the economic development of Xian-gyang City is at the forefront of the province,but the annual air quality is at the bottom of all urban areas in Hubei.Therefore,this study is based on the PSR model,analyzes the correlation between atmospheric environmental quality and socio-economic development indicators through impact indica-tors,builds a"big and small double cycle"ecological environment governance system,and is com-mitted to improving the ecological environment,winning the blue sky defense war,and helping Xian-gyang and even the central region to achieve"green rise".
