Determination of sulfur in soil by reverse aqua regia hydrofluoric acid digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry
A method for the determination of sulfur(S)in soil by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)after digestion of reverse aqua regia hydrofluoric acid mixed acid system was established. The role of acid in the pretreatment process of reverse aqua regia, the elimination of in-strument test interference and the preservation period of samples were discussed and optimized.GBW07423(GSS-9),GBW07424(GSS-10),GBW07426(GSS-12),GBW07428(GSS-14),GBW07429(GSS-15)GBW07430(GSS-16)were used to determine six soil composition analysis reference materials from different regions, and the linear and range, sensitivity, accuracy, precision, and other characteristics of the analysis method were studied. The detection limit of the method is 0.022 mg/kg,with a correlation coefficient of≥0.999,which meets the requirements of sample a-nalysis.The relative standard deviation of the precision test is 4.0%-9.8%,and the recovery rate is 89.0%-109.8%.
