Study on the decoupling relationship between industrial development and carbon emission in Guizhou Province
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of carbon emissions in Guizhou Province,the Tapio elastic decoupling index method was used to analyze the degree of decoupling between econom-ic growth and carbon emissions in different industries.The results showed that from 2011 to 2013,carbon emissions and economic growth in Guizhou Province showed a weak decoupling state;strong decoupling state in 2014 and 2018;weak decoupling state from 2015 to 2017 and 2021;and expan-sion connection in 2019.Guizhou Province needs to reduce the decoupling index as much as possible while ensuring the development of industrial economy,ultimately achieving the decoupling of carbon emissions and industrial economic growth.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to pro-mote energy conservation and emission reduction and industrial low-carbon development in Guizhou Province.
