改性植物纤维在含油废水中的应用研究进展

改性植物纤维被认为是一种高效的油品吸附材料并在含油废水处理方面取得了一定的成果.综述了多种改性植物纤维的方法,包括浸渍法、溶胶-凝胶法、原位合成法、喷涂法、水热法、等离子体法、化学气相沉积法和其他方法,对比了植物纤维改性前后的油水分离能力及分离效率,阐述了植物纤维改性后吸油能力提升的作用机理.最后,对改性植物纤维在含油废水处理中的发展方向和挑战进行了展望.
Research progress of application of modified plant fiber in oily wastewater treatment
Modified plant fiber is regarded as a kind of efficient oil adsorption material and has made some achievements in the treatment of oily wastewater.A variety of modification methods of plant fi-ber were reviewed,including dip coating,sol-gel technique,in situ synthesis,spraying coating,hy-drothermal method,plasma method,chemical vapor deposition and other methods.The oil-water separation capacity and separation efficiency are compared before and after the modification,and the mechanism of the improvement of oil absorption is expound after the modification.Finally,future out-looks and challenges faced in development of modified plant fiber for oily wastewater treatment are discussed.
