集中式污水处理厂碳核算方法及降碳效果研究

在"双碳"背景下,集中式污水处理厂的低碳发展是一个亟待解决的问题.通过构建集中式污水处理厂温室气体核算模型,研究了浙江省某污水处理厂的温室气体排放结构,探讨了集中式污水处理厂的降碳路径.研究发现:集中式污水处理厂的直接碳排放以CH4为主,占总碳排放量的68.67%;间接碳排放主要来自外购电力,占总碳排放量的21.06%;使用不同电网排放因子核算得到的碳排放强度介于1.32~1.40 kg/m3,浙江省的电网排放因子下降速度快于全国平均水平;通过CH4焚烧和燃气发电措施,可使集中式污水处理厂碳排放强度分别降至0.45 kg/m3和0.33 kg/m3.
Research on carbon accounting method and carbon reduction effect of centralized sewage treatment plant
Under the background of"two-stage carbon reduction strategy",the low-carbon develop-ment of centralized sewage treatment plants is an urgent problem to be solved.The greenhouse gas e-mission structure of a centralized wastewater treatment plant in Zhejiang Province was studied by con-structing the greenhouse gas accounting model,and the carbon reduction path of the centralized wastewater treatment plant was discussed.The results showed that CH4was the main direct carbon e-mission in the centralized sewage treatment plant,accounting for 68.67%of the total carbon emis-sion.Indirect carbon emission mainly came from purchased electricity,accounting for 21.06%of the total carbon emissions.The carbon emission intensity calculated by using different power grid emis-sion factors ranges from 1.32 to 1.40 kg/m3.The power grid emission factor in Zhejiang Province de-creased faster than the national average level.Through CH4incineration and gas-fired power genera-tion measures,the carbon emission intensity of the centralized wastewater treatment plant can be re-duced to 0.45 kg/m3 and 0.33 kg/m3 respectively.
