Investigation and analysis on the operation and management of county sewage treatment in northern China
From July to August in 2023,the project team investigated 15 county-level sewage treat-ment plants in northern China.The treatment technologies,operation status,and application of sludge dewatering equipments of each sewage treatment plant were analyzed.The results show that the following common problems still exist in sewage treatment plants in underdeveloped counties and towns in northern China,such as complex and unstable influent quality,low quality of process de-sign,lack of professionals,lack of detailed operation and management,inadequate maintenance of e-quipments and non-standard management of basic data.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research results,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:optimizing the process scheme,strengthening the training of operators,standardizing the maintenance of equipment,and improving the level of intelligent management.
