码头总装是漂浮式海上风电装备建造的关键技术之一,漂浮式海上风电装备体积大、重量重、构件多,总装难度大.为解决这一难题,以"扶摇号"漂浮式海上风电装备为研究对象,创新性地提出在码头完成平台风机总装、整体拖航至风场位置的方案,解决了漂浮式海上风电平台现场安装风机稳性较差的安全性问题.在建造过程中通过方案分析、工艺改进等系统性开展了基于漂浮式基础的塔筒安装定位技术、机舱吊装技术与叶片安装技术研究,最终形成了一套切实可行的总装技术方案,为漂浮式海上风电产业的发展提供助力.
Technology of Terminal Assembly for Floating Offshore Wind Power Equipment
Terminal assembly is one of the key technologies for the construction of floating offshore wind power equipment.The floating offshore wind power equipment is large in volume,heavy in weight and many components,making it difficult to assemble.In order to solve this problem,this paper takes"Fuao"floating offshore wind power equipment as the research object,and innovatively puts forward a scheme to complete the assembly of platform wind turbines at the dock and the overall towing to the wind field.It solved the safety problem that the on-site installation of the floating offshore wind power platform has a relatively low stability.During the construction process,it systematically carried out research on the installation and positioning technology of the tower barrel,the hoisting technology of the engine room and the installation technology of the blade based on the floating foundation through program analysis and process improvement,and finally formed a set of feasible final assembly technical plan.To provide impetus for the development of floating offshore wind power industry.
