为解决市面上RCL测量仪类型繁多、操作复杂及便携性差等问题,提出一种简易RCL测量仪的设计方案.该方案以C51 单片机作为控制器,通过NE555 定时器将电阻值、电容值和电感值频率化,再由 C51 单片机进行频率测量,经过数据处理运算得出被测元件的参数,并显示在LCD1602 液晶显示屏上.Proteus软件仿真及实物硬件测试结果表明,采用该方案设计的简易RCL测量仪具有可行性高、测量精度较高、便携与易用性高等优点,能够满足大多数测量场合的需求,具有一定应用价值.
Design and Realization of Simple RCL measuring instrument
In order to solve the problems of many types of RCL measuring instruments on the market,complex operation and poor portability,a simple RCL measuring instrument design is proposed.The scheme to C51 microcontroller as a controller,through the NE555 timer will be the value of resistance,capacitance and inductance value frequency,and then by the C51 microcontroller frequency measurement,after the data processing algorithms derived from the parameters of the components under test,and displayed on the LCD1602 LCD.The results of Proteus software simulation and physical hardware test show that the simple RCL measuring instrument designed by this scheme has the advantages of high feasibility,high measurement accuracy,portability and ease of use,which can satisfy the needs of most of the measurement occasions,and has certain application value.
