Study on the Scope of Mobile Safety Zone During Pilotage of LNG Vessels in Guangzhou Port
In order to ensure the safety of LNG ship pilotage in Guangzhou Port,comprehensively consider the navigational environment of Guangzhou Port,the characteristics of LNG ships and other factors,study and determine the quantitative calculation method of the width of the mobile safety zone of LNG ships taking into account the influence of multiple factors,and combine with the different types of ships entering and exiting the port of Guangzhou Port,calculate the scope of the mobile safety zone of the pilotage process of the LNG ships in Guangzhou Port to minimize the scope of the occupied water area,and reduce the influence on the surrounding navigating ships.It is also aimed to minimize the occupied water area and reduce the impact on the surrounding navigable vessels,and to formulate safety measures for the pilotage operation of LNG vessels in Guangzhou Port.The study shows that the calculation results of this paper are more accurate and reasonable than the previous calculation methods,which verifies the reasonableness of the model,and the calculation method of this paper provides a reference basis for the subsequent determination of the scope of the mobile safety zone for the pilotage operation of LNG ships in Guangzhou harbor.
