Study on the Impact of Super Large Vessels'Entry and Exit Window Periods and Throughput Capacity at FangChengGang Gangtie Terminal
In order to evaluate the matching degree of Fangchenggang Sanya Waterway and Guangsteel 101#berth development, and determine the impact of 200000 ton bulk carriers on the passage capacity of Sanya Waterway,an analysis model of the impact degree of passage capacity based on the theory of time-space resource consumption was established.Based on the comprehensive consideration of tidal influences, navigation characteristics of very large ships and ordinary ships,as well as the consumption of space-time resources during berthing operations, the overall space-time resources of the waterway are quantitatively analyzed by constructing navigation models of very large ships entering and leaving the port, tidal models and heterogeneous traffic flow models. The results shows that optimizing the pilotage time window strategy can effectively improve the navigation capacity of the waterway and reduce the loss of temporal and spatial resources. The calculation results of the model are consistent with the actual operation of the waterway, which verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the model.
