本文设计了一个基于STC89C52 单片机和LabVIEW的无线温度监测与控制系统.该系统采用上下位机的结构,其中下位机通过STC89C52 单片机控制DS18B20 采集实时温度,并利用控制模块实现加热或降温,同时,通过蓝牙模块实现与上位机的无线通信;上位机以LabVIEW作为开发平台,实现对温度的实时显示、处理、存储、阈值设定和温度控制等功能.该系统电路设计简单、成本低、扩展性强、人机界面友好,可用于智能大棚的温度控制等需要温度检测的场所,具有广阔的应用前景.
A Wireless Temperature Monitoring and Control System Based on Microcontroller and LabVIEW
This paper designed a wireless temperature monitoring and control system based on the STC89C52 microcontroller and LabVIEW.The system adopts the structure an upper-lower structure,in which the lower computer uses STC89C52 MCU to control DS18B20 to collect real-time temperature,and uses the control module to realize heating or cooling,and realizes wireless communication with the upper computer through the Bluetooth module.The upper computer uses LabVIEW as the development platform to realize the functions of real-time display,processing,storage,threshold setting and temperature control.The system has the simple circuit design,low cost,strong scalability,and user-friendly human-machine interface,It can be used in the temperature control in intelligent greenhouses and other places that require temperature detection,and has broad application prospects.
