Capacitive Properties of Carbon Cloth Grown Two-dimensional Co-MOF Material
Two-dimensional Co-MOF nanosheets were prepared on the surface of carbon cloth by the one-step solvothermal method using 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid as a ligand. The effects of reaction temperature and time on the morphology and electrochemical performance of the material are investigated. After SEM and XPS characterization and electrochemical performance test, the results show that the prepared Co-MOF nanosheets have regular morphology and uniform distribution. The electrochemical performance of Co-MOF/CC is optimal when the reaction temperature is 160℃and the reaction time is 12 hours. The area-specific capacitance is 211.7 mF/cm2 at a scan rate of 10 mV/s,and the capacitance retention rate is 82.3%after 2000 cycles at a current density of 10 mA/cm2 in the three-electrode testing system.
