Preparation and Performance of Stepped Surface Iron-based Prussian Blue
Iron-based Prussian blue with a stepped morphology(S-FePBA)was prepared by citric acid-assisted single-source hydrothermal method in this paper.Compared with the typical cubic morphology FePBA(C-FePBA),it shows larger specific surface area due to its unique stepped morphology according to the BET test. And the EIS test shows that it has a lower impedance.Cyclic voltammetry analysis at varied scan rates proves that it has a pseudocapacitance effect, which contribute to its good rate performance. When the current density increases from 0.1 A/g to 5 A/g,it shows no obvious capacity fading with 94%capacity retention. In addition, the ex-situ XRD test at different voltages shows that it has good structural reversibility, leading to an excellent cycling stability with capacity retention of 89%over 1500 cycles at 0.6 A/g.
