不锈钢材料中Cr、Ni含量的ICP-OES内标测试方法

根据内标元素的选择原则和校正系数法,在ICP-OES内标法测定不锈钢材料Cr、Ni含量时,使用Lu和Y内标元素并确定了最佳加入量,其中Lu作为内标元素未见报道.与常用内标元素Y相比,Lu作为内标元素对校准曲线线性的改善效果以及测量结果准确度方面具有相同甚至优于Y的效果.结果表明:Lu和Y作为内标元素,加入后的最佳浓度为 2.0 m g/L,能提高分析元素的信噪比,校准曲线线性可达 0.9999 以上,具有分析结果准确、分析误差小、分析方法稳定等优点,适合作不锈钢中元素含量分析的内标元素.
ICP-OES Internal Standard Method for the Determination of Cr and Ni in Stainless Steel
According to the selection principle of internal standard elements and the correction coefficient method,Lu and Y internal standard elements were used and the optimal addition amount was determined for the determination of Cr and Ni content in stainless steel materials using ICP-OES internal standard method.However,Lu as an internal standard element has not been reported.Compared with the commonly used internal standard element Y,Lu as an internal standard element has the same or even better effect on improving the linearity of the calibration curve and measuring accuracy than Y.The results show that Lu and Y,as internal standard elements,have an optimal concentration of 2.0 mg/L after addition,which can improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the analyzed elements.The calibration curve has a linearity of over 0.9999,and has the advantages of accurate analysis results,small analysis errors,and stable analysis methods.They are suitable as internal standard elements for element content analysis in stainless steel.
