Synthesis and Properties of A Novel Pyrenyl Fluorescent Molecular Probe for Hydrazine Detection
Excessive hydrazine does great harm to the environment and organisms.Hydrazine fluorescent molecular probe PMIDO was successfully constructed by using 1-pyrene formaldehyde as the parent, modified by groups, and characterized by 1H-NMR and HRMS.In the DMSO-H2O system,PMIDO can only show weak fluorescence. However, after the addition of hydrazine,at the water content of 70%,it showed strong blue fluorescence, showing the characteristics of fluorescent probe with light on,and the detection limit reached 1.41×10-7 mol/L.At the same time, the probe show high selectivity and stable anti-interference for the detection of hydrazine, suitable for the pH range of 5~10 systems, complete response within 30s.The fluorescence detection mechanism of probe PMIDO is described, that is,the reaction with hydrazine to from a hydrazone, which provides a useful reference for the fluorescence detection of reactive hydrazine.
