Progress of Graphene Based Polymer Composite Coatings in Field of Metal Bipolar Plate Corrosion Protection
Briefly introduce the advantages and disadvantages of bipolar plate coatings prepared by vacuum vapor deposition;propose the possibility of graphene being used as an ideal anti-corrosion filler in bipolar plate coatings;point out the dispersion problems and solutions of graphene-based polymer composite coatings; This paper reviews in detail the preparation methods of several wet-coated graphene derivatives or two-dimensional nanomaterial polymer composite coatings,as well as the characteristics of their respective coating morphology, conductivity, and corrosion resistance;and finally looks forward to the current stage.Disadvantages of graphene-based polymer composite coatings and directions for improvement.
