Viscosity Responsive Near Infrared Fluorescence Probe and Its Imaging Application
Probe L was synthesized using ethyl 3-dehydroshikimate as the raw material through an aromatic condensation reaction. The structure of probe L was confirmed using magnetic resonance imaging, infrared spectroscopy and high-resolution mass spectrometry.Probe L exhibited significant fluorescence enhancement in high-viscosity solvents such as glycerol and extremely weak fluorescence in low-viscosity solvents, confirming its notable viscosity response feature. Moreover, probe L demonstrated good anti-interference capability, high pH stability and good photo-stability.Leveraging the viscosity-fluorescence response of probe L,fluorescence imaging of viscosity changes in HeLa cells induced by LPS or Nystatin was conducted.
