含铝灰聚氨酯导热结构胶的制备与性能

以蓖麻油、IPDI、聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂以及聚四氢呋喃二醇为主要原料,制备了双组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂.以铝灰作为填料加入聚氨酯胶粘剂中,实现了铝灰的资源化回收利用.对产物进行红外表征,证明了蓖麻油成功引入聚氨酯长链上.研究结果表明:随着铝灰含量的增加,导热系数逐渐提高;拉伸强度整体呈现先下降再上升的趋势;当铝灰填料添加量在 50%时,钢材剪切强度为 6.43 MPa,拉伸强度为 7.71 MPa,断裂伸长率为27.2%,导热系数可达到 0.41 W/(m·K),为空白对照组的 228%.
Preparation and Performance Study of Aluminum Ash Polyurethane Thermally Conductive Structural Adhesive
Using castor oil,IPDI,polyaspartic ester resin,and polytetrahydrofuran diol as the main raw materials,a two-component solvent-free polyurethane adhesive was prepared.Aluminum ash was used as a filler added to the polyurethane adhesive,achieving the resourceful recycling of aluminum ash.The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,confirming the successful introduction of castor oil into the long chain of polyurethane.The research results indicate:as the content of aluminum ash increases,the thermal conductivity gradually improves;the tensile strength overall shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing;when the aluminum ash filler addition is 50%,the shear strength of the steel is 6.43 MPa,the tensile strength is 7.71 MPa,the elongation at break is 27.2%,and the thermal conductivity can reach 0.41W/(m·K),which is 228% of the blank control group.
