Preparation and Performance Study of Aluminum Ash Polyurethane Thermally Conductive Structural Adhesive
Using castor oil,IPDI,polyaspartic ester resin, and polytetrahydrofuran diol as the main raw materials,a two-component solvent-free polyurethane adhesive was prepared.Aluminum ash was used as a filler added to the polyurethane adhesive, achieving the resourceful recycling of aluminum ash.The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, confirming the successful introduction of castor oil into the long chain of polyurethane. The research results indicate:as the content of aluminum ash increases, the thermal conductivity gradually improves;the tensile strength overall shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing;when the aluminum ash filler addition is 50%,the shear strength of the steel is 6.43 MPa,the tensile strength is 7.71 MPa,the elongation at break is 27.2%,and the thermal conductivity can reach 0.41W/(m·K),which is 228% of the blank control group.
