Process Optimization for Preparing Surface Micro-nano Structures of Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Alloy
Mechanical grinding, pickling and electrochemical methods were used to prepare micro-nano pore structures on Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy to improve the surface roughness and porosity of the titanium alloy to enhance the interface bonding strength between the titanium alloy and plastic.Analyze the polarization curve to determine the optimal electrolyte composition;obtain the optimal process parameters, roughness and porosity of the sulfuric acid concentration, hydrochloric acid concentration, phosphoric acid concentration, electrolysis time and electrolysis temperature in the electrolyte through orthogonal experiments. The results show that the best results are obtained when the concentration of sulfuric acid is 10%,the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 5%,the concentration of phosphoric acid is 0 M,the concentration of sodium chloride is 0.04 g/mL,the electrolysis time is 20 min,and the electrolysis temperature is 50℃.The roughness is 5.32 μm and the porosity is 45.18%.This data is also the best known result from the literature research found so far.
