摘要

采用并列电纺技术制备了具有并列结构的 Sb2O3@PMIA/TPP@PVDF-CTFE 锂离子电池复合隔膜,对复合隔膜的力学性能、热稳定性能、阻燃性能、电解液润湿性等性能进行分析测试.结果表明,复合隔膜具有较高的力学性能(拉伸强度为 11.7 MPa),优异的热稳定性(220℃下热处理 0.5 h后只有略微形变),良好的阻燃性能和优异的电解液润湿性,且其孔隙率和吸液率也较高(分别为 277%、78%),离子电导率也高达 2.67 mS/cm,表明制备的并列结构复合隔膜有效的提高了电池的安全性与离子传输能力.

Abstract

In this study,Sb2O3@PMIA/TPP@PVDF-CTFE composite separators for lithium-ion batteries with a side-by-side structure were prepared by the side-by-side electrospinning technique,and the mechanical properties,thermal stability,flame retardancy,and electrolyte wettability of the composite separators were analyzed.The results showed that the composite separator has high mechanical properties(tensile strength of 11.7 MPa),excellent thermal stability(only slight deformation after heat treatment at 220℃for 0.5 h),good flame retardant properties and excellent electrolyte wettability,and also has a high porosity and electrolyte absorption rate(277%and 78%,respectively),and an ionic conductivity as high as 2.67 mS/cm,which is shown by the experimental results.The prepared side-by-side composite separator effectively improves the safety and ion transport capacity of the battery.
